SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is FREE for any order of a case of Lupa.
Shipping rates are as follows:
North Island: Standard - $10, Rural - $15
South Island: Standard - $15, Rural - $20
For orders being sent to a rural address, we ask customers to please select the 'Rural delivery' option at checkout. If not selected, your order may be delayed, as our dispatch team will be in touch to arrange payment of the surcharge. We recommend shipping to a non-rural address, to avoid extra charges, but also extra handling and storage of your drinks and delivery timeframes.
Please note: With our current courier provider we are not able to send items to Waiheke Island. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Do you ship to other international destinations?
We are only able to ship nationwide in New Zealand. If you do however want Lupa shipped outside of New Zealand, please contact us and we may be able to help, email info@lupa.co.nz
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders received before midday will ship the same day Monday - Friday, or otherwise they will leave on the next business day.
How long will my order take?
Estimated delivery time from dispatch is overnight to North Island and 2 days to South Island. But of course, no guarantees can be made!
How can I track my order?
You should have received an email as soon as your order has left (note, this will be from our courier provider), with tracking details - so you can eagerly follow its progress with the courier. If you’re unsure of tracking details, please just email us info@lupa.co.nz and we will have a check for you.
What do I do if there’s a problem with my order?
If your order has arrived and there’s an issue, please email us at info@lupa.co.nz with your order number and a brief description of what seems to be the problem. Photos are a great help too.
